1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings given below:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Credits or a matched bonus amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful and from which tag777 does not accept registrations.

2Eligibility

To register and use tag777, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of play, unless tag777 has explicitly confirmed in writing that your jurisdiction is permitted.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. tag777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of age.

3Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only on tag777. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name
• Your date of birth
• Your residential address in the Philippines

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. tag777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

tag777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without notice and to transfer any balance from duplicate accounts to the original verified account, minus any winnings generated through the duplicate account. Deliberate creation of multiple accounts to abuse bonuses is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) may be required before a Player can make their first withdrawal. tag777 may also request updated KYC documentation at any time as part of our PAGCOR compliance obligations. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

4Deposits

tag777 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods:

• The minimum deposit amount at tag777 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in the same name as the tag777 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your tag777 wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day.
• tag777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside tag777's control.
• Deposits made to tag777 are for gaming purposes only. Deposited funds may not be used for any other purpose.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from tag777 are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though processing times may vary for large amounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified tag777 account. You cannot withdraw to a third party's GCash, bank account, or card.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. tag777 may request a valid government-issued Philippine ID, selfie verification, and proof of payment method ownership.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed by our compliance team before processing. This review may take up to 24 hours in cases where additional verification is required.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirements are met in full.
• tag777 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal while an investigation into potential account abuse, fraud, or policy violation is ongoing.

6Bonuses and Promotions

tag777 regularly offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all tag777 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement at tag777 is 20× the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus credits and any associated wagering progress will be voided when the validity period expires.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• tag777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, promotion, or free bet at any time if it suspects that a Player is abusing the promotion or if a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bonus being applied.
• In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
• Referral programme rewards are credited as real withdrawable cash and are not subject to wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise in the referral programme's specific terms at the time of earning.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on tag777 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general rules apply across all tag777 games:

• All RNG (random number generator) games on tag777 are certified fair by independent third-party auditors. The outcomes of these games cannot be influenced by tag777 or by any Player.
• Live dealer games use real physical equipment — genuine cards, dice, or roulette wheels — operated by professionally trained dealers in a regulated studio environment.
• Technical malfunctions during a game round will result in the round being voided and all bets returned. tag777 is not liable for winnings that would have been generated in a round that is technically voided.
• tag777 reserves the right to void bets or game outcomes where there is evidence of system errors, data corruption, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, communication failures, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any tag777 game is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant event as reported by the official governing body. In cases of disputes, tag777's interpretation of the official result is final.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on tag777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

1. Opening more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with tag777 games
3. Colluding with other players in card games, live games, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage
4. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a tag777 account
5. Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to generate credits or winnings beyond what fair play would produce
6. Making deposits with the primary intention of meeting bonus wagering requirements using low-risk strategies in games excluded from wagering contribution calculations
7. Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through deposits and withdrawals on tag777
8. Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
9. Allowing a third party to access or operate your tag777 account

9Account Suspension and Closure

tag777 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes
• Discovery that the Player is ineligible to hold an account (e.g., under 21, located in a Prohibited Territory)
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Where a Player's account is closed by tag777 due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance in the account will be withheld pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or prohibited conduct, the Balance may be forfeited in full.

A Player wishing to close their own account may do so by contacting tag777 support. Any real-money Balance not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

Inactive accounts (no login or real-money transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administration fee of up to ₱100 per month, deducted from the remaining Balance. tag777 will notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying inactivity fees.

10Privacy and Data

tag777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering at tag777, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

11Intellectual Property

All content on the tag777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tag777 or its licensed providers.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any tag777 content without prior written authorisation.
• You are permitted to access and view tag777 content for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Any unauthorised use of tag777 intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• tag777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
• tag777 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or factors outside our reasonable control.
• Our total liability to any Player for any claim arising from their use of tag777 shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the three months preceding the claim.
• tag777 is not responsible for any taxes or levies that a Player may be required to pay on winnings in their jurisdiction.
• Nothing in these Terms limits tag777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session limits: Players may set time limits on their gaming sessions. tag777 will send time reminders during extended sessions regardless of limit settings.
• Self-exclusion: Any Player may request temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from tag777. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

tag777 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Player to re-register or access their excluded account during the exclusion period. Players who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion will have any new account closed and any associated Balance returned.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of tag777 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we ask that all Players first attempt to resolve disputes through tag777's internal complaints process:

2. tag777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.
3. If you are not satisfied with tag777's response, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Complaints Handling Office.

tag777 abides by all PAGCOR decisions regarding player disputes and will implement any PAGCOR-directed remedies promptly.
